Hearing the Ghost
This is a superpower about using aural to perceive “ghosts”. When I was very young, I had the experience of meeting ghosts, but at that time I did not have any fear of them, and even found it interesting. Until now, I had some strange feelings about the unknown, which led me to explore the subject in depth. This "superpower" is more from the sense of hearing, looking for ghosts in the sounds of everyday life sound or in the absence of any sound. When the mapping of the ghost becomes a sound, it is no longer a complete individual (as in the movie), but more like fragmented things that I can capture to visualize the perception of the ghost.

In this project, I first used a tape recorder to make recordings, and I always took it with me wherever I went. When I finally played back the seemingly normal recording, there were sounds that were not part of the environment. Eventually, I combined this auditory and visual programming and created three different audiovisual experiences.
"Superpowers" are something that people aspire to, but they often forget to go back to their roots. Perhaps the perceptual abilities that people are born with are also superpowers, but because of the redundancy of the environment, we miss a lot of things. The innovation of technology makes people expect to do more stuff that the human body itself cannot reach, but if we start from the human body to explore the existing human perception system, we may be able to return to the human body itself to design.

I had an exhibition for it
